The local tax of €2,50 per person and night (from 14 years) is shown separately on the invoice and must be paid on site.
Check-in & Check-out: on the arrival day, the apartment is available from 14.00. On the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment within and no later than 9.30.
In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:
▸ Until 3 months before arrival, no cancellation costs are applied
▸ From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the entire duration of the stay
▸ Within 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount

To protect yourself from cancellation fees, we recommend you to purchase the cancellation insurance.

For children from 0 to 6 years breakfast is free. Children from 6 to 10 years receive a 40% discount on breakfast
Pets are welcome in our apartments for an extra charge of €50,00 for the final cleaning.
