Conditions:
- The local tax of €2,50 per person and night (from 14 years) is shown separately on the invoice and must be paid on site.
- Check-in & Check-out: on the arrival day, the apartment is available from 14.00. On the departure day, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment within and no later than 9.30.
- In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:
▸ Until 3 months before arrival, no cancellation costs are applied
▸ From 3 months until 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 3 days of the entire duration of the stay
▸ Within 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount
▸ To protect yourself from cancellation fees, we recommend you to purchase the cancellation insurance.
- For children from 0 to 6 years breakfast is free. Children from 6 to 10 years receive a 40% discount on breakfast
- Pets are welcome in our apartments for an extra charge of €50,00 for the final cleaning.
